Nicole Romero is a captivating communicator, trusted pastor, and creative leader known for speaking with warmth, clarity, and spiritual depth. As the Executive Pastor of Arts and Communication at The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa, she partners with artists, musicians, preachers, technicians, and communicators in crafting transformative experiences that connect people to the heart of God. She has served in one home church for over twenty years - going from attendee to volunteer to an Executive and Teaching Pastor - and has a unique perspective on what it means to serve and the role of church in people's lives.
With a background in film production and storytelling, Nicole brings a fresh lens on how to do church. Her teaching weaves together scripture, psychology, metaphor, humor, and personal honesty—always with the goal of helping people feel seen, invited, and changed. She speaks to skeptics, spiritual seekers, longtime Christians, creatives, and leaders with equal compassion and conviction.
In addition to her teaching, Nicole coaches other communicators to find their voice, sharpen their message, and speak with authenticity and courage. And she is a consultant to leaders who want to bring their best to their community.
